Road Closure—portion Matilda Lane—Council Resolution C11545

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the said Act, that Council proposes to close and merge with Allotment 183 Filed Plan 15159 that portion of Matilda Lane, Eastwood, more particularly delineated and lettered “A” on Preliminary Plan 18/0004, and close and merge with Allotment 184 Filed Plan 15159 that portion of Matilda Lane, Eastwood, more particularly delineated and lettered “B” on Preliminary Plan 18/0004, and close and merge with Allotment 185 Filed Plan 15159 that portion of Matilda Lane, Eastwood, more particularly delineated and lettered “C” on Preliminary Plan 18/0004, and close and merge with Allotment 186 Filed Plan 15159 that portion of Matilda Lane, Eastwood, more particularly delineated and lettered “D” on Preliminary Plan 18/0004, and close and merge with Allotment 187 Filed Plan 15159 that portion of Matilda Lane, Eastwood, more particularly delineated and lettered “E” on Preliminary Plan 18/0004, and close and merge with Allotment 188 Filed Plan 15159 that portion of Matilda Lane, Eastwood, more particularly delineated and lettered “F” on Preliminary Plan 18/0004.

A copy of the plan and a statement of persons affected are available for public inspection at the offices of the City of Burnside at 401 Greenhill Road Tusmore and the office of the Surveyor-General at 101 Grenfell Street Adelaide during normal office hours.

Any application for easement or objection must set out the full name, address and details of the submission and must be fully supported by reasons. The application for easement or objection must be made in writing to the City of Burnside at PO Box 9 Glenside SA 5065 or via email council@burnside.sa.gov.au WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THIS NOTICE and a copy must be forwarded to the Surveyor-General at GPO Box 1354, Adelaide SA 5001. Where a submission is made, the Council will give notification of a meeting at which the matter will be considered.
