Proposed Road Closing—Portions of Glenside Lane, Crafers SA

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Roads (Opening and Closing) Act 1991, that ADELAIDE HILLS COUNCIL proposes to make a Road Process Order to close and then merge portions of Glenside Lane, Crafers into the adjoining properties, being Allotment 105 in DP 42581 Certificate of Title 5291/390, Allotment 103 in DP 42581 Certificate of Title 5291/388, Piece 101 in D42581 Certificate of Title 5291/387, Allotment 103 in D42581 Certificate of Title 5291/388. Piece 102 in D42581 Certificate of Title 5291/387. The portions of road are more particularly delineated and marked “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” and “E” on Preliminary Plan PP 18/0032.

Any application for easement or objection must set out the full name, address and details of the submission and must be fully supported by reasons. The application for easement or objections must be made in writing to the Surveyor-General at GPO Box 1354, Adelaide SA 5001 WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THIS NOTICE. Where a submission is made, the Surveyor-General will give notification of a meeting at which time the matter will be considered.
