The Barossa Vintage Festival is a biennial showcase of the region’s best elements: its food, wine, crafts, and merry culture.
This year the dynamic program offers more than 90 events over a five-day period, featuring old favourites and exciting heritage-themed gatherings.
Visitors will be immersed in the folksy Ziegnmarkt, wine auction, long table lunches and bespoke tastings, multi-town days, and family-friendly adventure trails. Some of the new attractions include the Chook Shed Social Club, the Silver Raven Festival, and Feast, Folk and Fossick at Lyndoch.
A 33 km hill-climbing trail is also open, spanning Riesling country and offering stunning views of the landscape.
Locals have been celebrating the end of Vintage since 1947—this is a tradition that bonds the community over exquisite produce and the joys of a simpler lifestyle.
